How to make a blackboard

When painting decorations you can either make your own using sour dough and themed cutters, or paint existing decorations which need updating.

You will need...

Bare surfaces must be primed with Japlac Primer and Undercoat. If the surface has been previously painted, remove any flaking material and spot prime bare areas. Follow instructions on tin and wait to dry before applying top coat.
Use International Japlac and Japlac Metallic in either a tin or aerosol. Follow instructions on the pot or can, remembering to mask off surrounding area before painting. If you are using the aerosol, do so in a well ventilated area.
Remember several thin coats work better than one thick one! Leave to dry for 24 hours before use.
