You will need...

Clean surfaces and use masking tape to cover any areas that you don't want painted.
To prepare the surface, it a good idea to use Easy Sand, a rub-on, rub-off preparation which eliminates the need for sandpaper. Leave to dry before painting.
If your wood is particularly vibrant then for the best finish use a primer- here we used International Quick Drying Multi-Surface Primer, which we left to dry before applying the colour coat.
Finally, paint on International Furniture and Cupboard Paint for a glamorous finish.
