Dreamy moments of complete relaxation and delight are only a few paint pots away, with help from International paints.

Even the darkest and dingiest of bathrooms can be transformed in a blissful escape which lets even the worst of days drift away on bubbles of pure escapism. This bewitching bathroom has been given sandstone and shell pink highlights on a clean white background. This airy, light look has been achieved by painting nearly everything - no matter how challenging the surface - a wonderful pristine white.

This is not so difficult to achieve once you've selected the right paint to pick up all those really old dank, dark items that can look so dirty and down beat after a few years of use.

The real top tip for a totally magical makeover lies in getting the accessories right. Without breaking your budget, you can transform even really tatty or tasteless items into something quite wonderful. Here a simple tray and stand has been given the International treatment with a coat of New Furniture & Cupboard Paint. A wonderful but very chipped old enamel jug rescued from a house clearance and re-painted using Japlac for the finishing touch.

For those lucky enough to still have traditional radiators, here's a quick and easy way to bring them right back up to their pristine glory. Quick Drying Radiator Aerosol simply sprays on the solution. It's designed specifically for dealing with changing temperatures, so it won't yellow or flake with the heat.

The real scene setter in this bathroom is the wonderful white floor. With Quick Drying Floor Paint, almost any type of floor can be made to look this good and there's no need to add a varnish or sealant afterwards

If you're looking for a white wonderland, and all you've got is avocado tiles, all is not lost. You don't have to go to the hassle of tearing out the tiles, either. High performance Tile paint, or One Coat Tile Paint is quite up to the job of banishing the grimy greens to history.

Every bathroom has probably had a waterspill or two, over the years. Whether it's leaking pipes, sinks or baths over-run or ill fitting shower trays - there will likely be a tell tale stain left somewhere along the way. If the problem has been fixed but the stain remains, then the answer is Stain Block Paint. This will block stains such as water marks, nicotine, crayon, smoke or grease. The resulting stain free surface can then be painted over with a normal emulsion.

Some bathrooms do suffer from condensation and it does cause problems. Damp can lead to mould and fungal staining which don't exactly fit in with this pretty bathroom plan. Anti-Condensation Paint actually helps reduce condensation in kitchens and bathrooms, and will work on overpainted or wallpapered walls.
