Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants.
New plaster: Allow to dry thoroughly for at least 2 weeks. Remove dusty surface deposits by wiping with a damp cloth, and allow to dry overnight.
Old plaster or brickwork: Remove all blistering or flaking material. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry.
How to use
Stir well with a broad stirring stick to the bottom of the can.
Apply two coats using a natural bristle brush or roller suitable for solvent-based paints.
Cleaning
Remove as much paint as possible from brushes before cleaning. For best results use Polycell Brush Cleaner.

To avoid excessive absorption of the topcoat where salts are not a problem, use International Universal Primer Sealer. Wait until new plaster is fully dried out to see if salt staining appears.
