Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants.
Existing mouldy surfaces: Remove any mould and fungal growth by treating with a proprietary fungicidal solution according to the manufacturer's instructions. If the surface is still discoloured, scrub with a 25% bleach and water solution. After 24 hours, wash down thoroughly and apply a second coat of fungicidal solution.
New plaster: Allow to dry for 2 weeks. If the plaster is particularly porous, apply 1-2 sealing coats of International Universal Primer Sealer.
Previously painted surfaces: Remove any loose plaster or flaking material. Fill cracks and sand smooth prior to painting.
How to use
Stir well with a broad stirring stick to the bottom of the can.
Apply at least two coats using a synthetic brush or high density foam roller suitable for water-based paints.
Cleaning
Remove as much paint as possible from brushes before cleaning with water.
