Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants.
Bare wood: Sand smooth and wipe clean. If necessary, cover any knots with International Knotting Solution and prime with an appropriate wood primer.
Bare metal: Ensure surface is free from rust before priming with an appropriate metal primer.
Previously painted surfaces: Brush thoroughly with a wire brush to remove any flaking or blistered paint/rust. Spot prime bare areas. Sand down and wipe clean.
How to use
Stir well with a broad stirring stick to the bottom of the can. This is essential to ensure a uniform satin finish.
Apply one coat using a high density foam roller suitable for gloss paint or a natural bristle brush suitable for solvent based paint.
Cleaning
Remove as much paint as possible from brushes before cleaning. For best results use Polycell Brush Cleaner.
